really not loving anything on this card.
Jacksonville (+9.5) 1 unit. jags have covered their last 3 trips to Houston, including a SU win last year as a 12-point dog. and as much as I love playing on backup qbs making their first start, I love betting against them in their second start, because that's usually when they remind you why they're backups.
new england (-5) 1 unit. the pats' backups should be able to handle the bills. not sure how fired up the bills will be after their performance last week knocked them out of the playoffs.
ny jets (+6.5) 2 units.
ny jets (ML) 1 unit to win 2.3. the jets have won 6 of their last 8 trips to Miami. and you have to go back to 2002 to find the last time the jets lost by more than 4 in Miami.
Atlanta (-3) 1 unit. hard as hell to trust mike smith in a 'loser is eliminated' game. but Atlanta has been good against their division (that weak, weak division), going 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS. the falcons have covered 5 of their last 6 home games against Carolina. Atlanta is 4-1 ATS at home against nfc teams. and, really, who do you trust more in a "big" game, cam newton or matt ryan?
Minnesota (-6.5) 2 units. the Vikings are 9-2 ATS with bridgewater starting. oh, and jay cutler is starting again!! Vikings backers rejoice!! I can't imagine the bears' o-line is going to be blocking extra hard for that PoS.
san fran (-6.5) 1 unit. wow, it's tough to trust san fran right now, but this line is begging for Arizona money. the niners have dominated the cardinals in san fran and, with lindley starting, they may only need to score 7 points to cover this spread.
