wrapping up a shitty nfl season....
tennessee (-3) 3 units. tom savage. titans should only need 2 safeties to cover this spread.
jacksonville (ML) 2 units to win 4. had a feeling the jags would improve without bradley. they're used to having nothing to play for this late in the season. indy isn't.
chicago (ML) 2 units to win 4.2. i wonder when people will realize how much teddy bridgewater means to his team. no, he doesn't put up outstanding numbers and he doesn't have a cannon for an arm. but the man is a winner and seems like the type of qb his teammates love and play their asses off for. it was only a matter of time before the vikings fell apart without him. hopefully he comes back healthy next season and maybe with a slightly improved offensive line.
carolina (ML) 2 units to win 2.8. eh, why not?
no/atl over (58) 2 units. i'm sure we'll see at least one backup qb in this game, and who knows how much julio jones will play. it won't matter. neither defense is all that good even when they have something to play for. and, yes, i know atlanta is playing for a first round bye. i never thought that was nearly as big a motivational tool as making or missing the playoffs.
los angeles (ML) 2 units to win 5.2. arizona wrapped up their season with the win at seattle.
denver (pk) 2 units. trevor siemian vs matt mcgloin. wow. interesting matchup. bad matchup, but interesting. obviously much of oakland's success is based on carr. can they run against denver's weak run defense with almost no threat of a passing game? i'm wagering that they cannot. *side bet* oakland runs play action or a flanker screen the first play of the game and then runs the ball the next 20 plays.
happy new year everybody!!
