ah, week two in the nfl. the best week to make money because everybody overreacts to week one. i keep saying that, one of these years, i'm going to get my ass handed to me on week two. probably this year, because i'm finally increasing my plays this week.
pittsburgh (-4) 4 units. the steelers have played down to their opponents throughout the tomlin era. they will look like absolute garbage against a mediocre team and then play great against a good opponent. i'm not sure kc is actually any good, but the steelers will play a lot better than they did last week.
atlanta (-5.5) 5 units. the panthers are not a good football team. without olsen, cam has nobody to throw to, except mccafferty out of the backfield. that's not going to be enough. over the last 3 years, matt ryan at home against carolina has completed 79 of 102 for 1126 yards, 6 TDs and 1 INT. and, more importantly, the falcons won those games by 7, 15, and 12 points. falcons roll today.
chargers (-7.5) 2 units. yeah, it's nuts to lay a td with a west coast team playing at 1:00 on the east coast. and, as i said last week, laying points with the chargers in general. but, to repeat myself again, the bills are a dumpster fire. after the game, bills fans may be calling for peterman again. ok, maybe not that bad. but you get my point.
