houston (-6.5) 1 unit. this is the week we find out if oakland is actually improved. i'm (literally) betting that they are not.

gb/kc over (48) 2 units. wagering on a backup qb making his first start has to be one of the most profitable angles in the nfl. the pack ain't THAT good to be laying over a fg on the road in this spot. and while reid is a horrible situational coach, he'll figure out a way to put up some points.
