instead of doing the smart thing and just trying to pound it, they throw it. okay, not so bad...but, they throw a fucking pass into double cover to Johnson about 25 yards down the field in the endzone!!
dumbest play call ever...it was obvious from the snap wht the play was and where it was going.

it really doesn`t matter that the bengals were helped by 30 yards of penalties on their winning drive(one of which,a personal foul on ray lewis was absolutely legit)........
it doesn`t matter that one particular bogus pass interference penalty on a 7 yard pass(on a 3rd and 16) kept the drive alive when it looked like it was almost over....
what really mattered was the human interest story regarding the horrible passing of coach zimmer`s wife and the publicity that the after game locker room scene/celebration would generate for the nfl......
it was important for the bengals to pull that one out for zimmer(and the nfl)...

a new england corner(habitually playing 10 yards off) finally broke up a short out pass from orton!.......
but,on 3rd and 3,they give another short out up for the 1st down....

i noticed they are giving 10 yd cushions- guess they are confident in there corners to man up
