Capping using ERA is so hit or miss, but mostly miss.....today we had Latos/Miami with a 5+ ERA vs Vogelsong/SF with a 6+ ERA yet the game was 1-1 going into the 8th inning. Seems every time you have a guy with blown up ERA L/3 starts or whatever they pitch out their ass
