Beautiful day to start a beautiful week after the storm yesterday. Power out all day, finally back at 2 am this morn. Maybe it will be a beautiful week for picking games. It's been a losing streak last little while.

Texas (-1) (-105) 63.00 ----> 60.00

Small to start...off for an hour's trot along a river trail to try and clear the mind (and to enjoy the day).

Good luck Madjackers! :0008

Doing the 1.35 pm plays right now.

Philly/Halladay (-1) (-143) 171.60 ----> 120.00

Toronto (+135) 60.00 ----> 81.00

Halladay to bounce back after the last game, gets some hitting support (not a lot needed, likely).

Jo Jo has pitched very good games, even in the midst of his losing streak. The only Jays pitcher that hasn't blown up at some point. He has the confidence of Manager John Farrell, who was the Red Sox pitching coach. They stuck with him because they believe he has the stuff. A good +ve # given the Jays dominance over the O's going into last year, 16-4 I believe. It's an odd stat, but...:shrug:

GO PHILLIES!

GO JAYS!

GO MADJACKERS! :0002

Nice sun drenched day, beautiful afternoon, games enjoyable. :SIB

One biggie, buggers are good and need to show up!

Zona (-1) (-118) (2x) 236.00 ----> 200.00

Happy memories of days in New Mexico and Arizona. Saw a movie once...pretty bad western. But an old timer was talking to a kid he was traveling with. He said:

"God made a great experiment once. And he called it 'Arizona'."

GO SNAKES!
