Just got back from sunset about a hour ago did the paper work and its a go same nice room, will have a few surprizes to top this year but you won't know unless you show up only jack will know.

if your worried about cash you have 51 weeks to put 30 bucks away a week ,i will get rooms for under 300 for the 3 days and most people will be comped at the end of their stay any way others might see it on c.card next month when bob goes through everything.

it does not take a lot of cash just need to get flight in advance and you are set and if you have the cattle cart south west around you they do more business then any other airline coming into vegas should be able to do flight for about 200 round trip with them. The planes are good safest air line out there the owner takes great pride in safety just don't have the extras. lots of pro teams charter them in baseball. for the year because of the safety factor they are unreal with their up keep of planes but if you never flowen them i have its not bad if you looking to save money bring a cd player or a good book. and don't be surprized if granny next to you pulls out her own bottle and vittles

But we are already in gear.

they did and this year we are going to add it in the price, he is a great guy but i just caught him off guard i think but did not want to do it like the year before. he is right or was when you have a meeting planner they are paid to set everything up for big corps with director of conventions and have a budget and they do the tips and are a pain at times ,they do this for a job full time all around the us it's great money if you are good and don't have a life. but i am the meeting planner and no budget for that i work my ass off to get us the best and keep jack from taking to much out of pocket, he got hit hard this year with a huge bar bill so when i do everything going to have to increase it about 35$ which is still good and that is tip in it . bar bill was double last years we had some heavy drinkers. but it will work out + it will make it easier for me but i have through-out the year with this over 20 meetings it takes a lot of work to make it run because your dealing with hotel,f&b , out side av company, outside decoratior, casino and sports book and marketing. lot of people and walk though with fire marshall and floor plans which jeri does all of that hell i am not a archatech you have to have like blue prints with scale and all kinds of shit. i saw where he was coming from as he did not know that we do not hite a meeting planner because with jeri being a dir. of conventions and myself we can get it done. she does the plans and i do the leg work a meeting planner for the 3 days that we do would charge around 3000 grand. so you see why we don't have one nor do we need one. he's a good guy he just caught me at a stressful week lot of the walk throughs were that week a pain but has to be done.

I had such a great time the last 2 years. but the week off inbetween is gonna kill me . Maybe have to come out for the whole superbowl week...get some golf in if it is as nice as it was this year.
