this might be it had to pull teeth to get 5 more rooms and this might be it,things are going fast and the rooms that will be left around town will be held for comped players from last year so if you comming i suggest you call and hold a room the next few days or you will be out of luck.
if you called and got a room please make sure you post it here i got the other 5 theyother day and thought we had 7 left well a few people didnot let me know they had called in so we have 4 rooms left not 7.

Hey fletcher, are there any more rooms available? I'm thinking about making it out there for this party, especially if it turns out that I will be moving there. Can I get this special rate (what is the rate-btw) any time of the year or just for the SB weekend.

I am very interested in going, as I am kind of new to MadJacks (been a nonactive viewer two years) and began posting and getting to know some people within the past few months. Sounds like a lot of fun, would be great to meet everyone and I am seriously considering it. Will know for sure soon, hopefully rooms will still available if I decide I will be able to make the trip.

pp that is a special rate you have to go to front page and call that number and say you are in the madjacksports super bowl party block.
she called me today and said 3 rooms left and would be real hard to grab more then 5 more because the closer it gets the higher the rate and they will get 150-170 a night for there last few rooms when they set the date to jack the price and they will get it because every room in the town will sellout people rent campers because they can get rooms at the rv parks for that weekend because they wait to long and those even sell out,even your old flop house hotels i mean 24 room with the smell sell out and they will get 50-70 for them and they are just a room that stinks and is not where i would ever want to stay but people do buy the end of nov there wont be a room to get or rv park,and airlines will jack rates going to vegas that weekend the longer you wait,they know what the town is like that weekend.
If you have not been here during that time its hard to explain people say the first 4 days of the marchmadness is bigger but not even in the ball park more bets take place because of more games and 4 days of it but sat in ncaa and sunday sb they make a killing and more people then any other time of the year are here. people even drive from az,utah and ca and sleep im car sat night in parkimg lot and if you donot have a vip party or high roller party you cannot even get a seat in vegas sports books those 2 days. its nuts but very fun.
So for those still thinking would not wait much longer.

Ok here is the problem, I said 3-4 weeks ago when i got the extra rooms we had to move, Vegas is a sell out they expect the biggest sb crowd ever. Well when they gave us they extra rooms no-one moved and now they took them away. Rooms are going for 139 a night and by next week will be 159 and gone but ,Talked with patty and she said she would do it by a case by case for me if you want to come and get that rate you have to call jack or email him and get my number and call, Sales cannot book anymore but Patty can she is the director of sales but i have to run all info to her for the rooms so you have to call me and she will only do this for 2 weeks from today 14 days then we are done. nothing i can do and doubt you will find a room anywhere by then for under 159 a night and some will go fro 2 and above and they will get filled. trust me you will not get a room unless you are a high playing comp player.
also if you have a room jack needs to have a check we have rooms with out party checks and this has it all messed up. We are dealing with conventions for party,hotel for rooms ,then the gm of stations casinos is throwing a free party for us on fri night so there is a lot to this so need to get with jack and get set up we need a lise to give casino for the fri party it has to have eveyones name and address who is coming so they can get cards and door prizes this is a lot of work and i think some people thought we were bsing about how fast it would go this year well we were not. so if you want to come email jack get my number and i will tell you what to do from there she is only dealing with me now you cannot call and get in our block is filled. so she is doing me a favor they can get anything they want in the next few weeks for a room they only have 48 left,but yes you will get the rate i got us if you get with jack then me in the next 14 days after that your stuck.
and if you paid for a room and don't pay for party you will be charged full going room rate and that will be steep.
if you want to come need to move because it's a lot of extra work for me i don't mind but it has put some stress on me and jack. it's not that easy to set up a privite party on sb casinos just don't do them they have the vip parties and only a few like ares 3 infact in town,then the ones like where you pay 50-75 bucks for party and are crammed in with 300 people that you donot know,and they are all sold out almost also .
so in short if you want to come and have a room you need to move. or you can come and stay up for 2-3 days sleep in car and clean up at the casinos in the rest rooms. 14 days from thur thats all the time she gave me. and please don't wait till day 14 because it still could be to late she is going on a case by case through me like i said she has no time to deal with it any longer.

PP check out expedia.com if the SS says they are out of rooms, lots of places to be had that weekend for <$100 a night.
If you book Sunset on Expedia Th - Mon its 4 nights for $100/night. So if they are telling you they are sold out and asking $160, this might be an option worth looking into.
Also if you and your crew arent picky, there are lots of off-strip places available at this rate, or hell Imperial Palace is @$85/night that period.

and f YOUR i ....... i find YOU disgusting, and a jerk on top of it...... if you have already tried getting the rooms that fletch arranged and there are none left......then guess what...... it is YOUR place to find a room, he is not your TRAVEL AGENT!!!!

IP is a dump from what I have heard from those that stayed there. That being said it is a servicable bed, and you cannot beat the location, it is center Strip and very central to most of the main casinos. It will be a $25 cab ride or so to the Sunset from what I am told, or if you rent a car that wont be an issue. However if you dont mind not staying at the Ritz, it is supposed to be a decent place to stay, especially if you want to be on the Strip when you are not at the Sunset.
