HELL
NFL Final Record 38-27\

My view...

I won pretty much every way, and yes I had Pittsburgh and the under.

It was nice to be on the right side for once, meaning getting most of the calls. It is usually my teams I bet on, where I get hosed. I have to agree this was a poorly officiated game and I really don't have to go into details.

To me, it is an easy decision...make the referees full time. Pay 1/4 million or so with pay increases over time. Most of these guys have to go make an honest living throughout the week and then fly out to ref a game, I know, one of them lives about 15 miles from me. He was one of my basketball refs about 15 years ago and he sucked there too.

They need to be held accountable and rewarded too. Pay the man shirley. There is too much money in the NFL not to be able to pay these referees as a full time position, where they would have film and rule book study...testing and a certain age/weight limit. Be done with it.

I felt bad for the Seahawks yesterday, but they also made some mental errors too, such as poor clock management, field goal postioning, so on. Great game plan by Holmgren with the short passing attack to limit the pressure. Big Ben, should be embarrassed by his performance as he nearly cost them the game, but he will be very very very rich soon with endorsements.

Nice to speak with some of you and to all a great rest of the year. I need to concentrate a little more now on hoops. Best of luck.

Heaven, oh!!, this isn't it?!
A classy post by a person on the correct side of this big game. Good job JR11!
Now if only some of the others who like to beat up on the obvious, could quit pouring salt into the wounds. :fingerc:
