FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS AT SUNSET STATION
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Individuals attending the Madjack Sports event are to call the Station Casinos Central Reservation office at (888) 476-8706, and identify themselves as attendees of the Madjack Sports group. In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one (1) night?s room and tax charge is to be received no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the room reservation was made. If the room guarantee of one (1) night?s room and tax charge is not received within the fourteen (14) day grace period, the reservation will be cancelled. Sunset Station Hotel & Casino will take reservations for the Madjack Sports group until December 07, 2001, after this date the hotel will take reservations on an availability basis and at current hotel rate.
STANDARD ROOM:
Daily Rate (Friday-Sunday) $85.00
Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. There is a $15.00 charge required per room for triple occupancy, and $30.00 per room for quad occupancy. The above room rates are subject to Clark County room tax, currently at 10%, a Phone Surcharge of $.99 per day, and an Energy Surcharge of $3.30 per day. Please note: Room tax is subject to change at any time without prior notice
