But many have already convicted these officers just like Wilson... We didn't find out till after the fact that the " hands up " story was all bull shit but the damage was already done.

Wilson was guilty as fuck. He lied about every single aspect of that investigation and got away with murder. Just because Brown didn't have his hands up doesn't mean he wasn't shot down like a dog in the street. Wilson lied, hid and tampered with evidence. He instigated the scuffle with Brown that led to him shooting brown in the head twice from more than 20 feet away and then lied about it. He's a disgusting human being.
And before you tell me how Brown robbed a store or stole some cigars, none of that was ever reported or alleged until he was in a body bag. Wilson had no marks on him, not fucking one.
I wonder if you'd feel differently Gibber if it was your child gunned down in the street for jaywalking? Then the cop that shot him left his body there for six hours while he went to a police fraternity and showered, cleaned the weapon, and only then went to the police station where that same cop checked the entire crime scene into evidence when he was the only suspect in the crime. I wonder if it would bother you that the district attorney admitted that he knew witnesses were giving false testimony to the grand jury, yet put them on the stand anyway?
You want to know why they're rioting in Baltimore, then look no further than your statement. The fact that white America not only refuses to hold the guardians of our civil liberties accountable for their decades long maltreatment of the poor, impoverished black communities, isn't even the worst part. It's the fact that the majority of white America chooses to keep the downtrodden in a desperately hopeless situation and ignore their pleas for justice. Exactly like you just did with your statement. If you think the only mitigating factor in the death of a 17 year old high school athlete is whether his hands were up or partially up or whatever, than you're a fool.
Just like with Freddie Gray and the hundreds of other documented acts of brutality and death committed by law enforcement against blacks, the white communities focus on whether the victim was a "well spoken good guy, or was he one of those black thugs that rob and rape everyone they see 24 hours a day". Who gives a fuck about the victim other than the fact they are a fucking VICTIM!
