Tough to pick just one...
Good point mentioned above about the #1 seeds in action
Texas is playing in San Antonio, so UCONN will have their hands full with a "neutral" court match with horns.
The only team that can beat KY is, well, KY. Wisconsin should have support but nobody travels like Big Blue rooters.
The Sooners are dinged up, but luck into playing a #12 seed, Butler. Nice run Bulldogs, but Butler backcourt will get guarded hard by Price & co.
That leaves Arizona. Don't be quick to jump on Irish...live by the 3, die by the 3.
Gonzaga was the wake-up call for AZ...anyone remember Tyus Edney and the 1995 Bruins? Survive and advance.
So, if you throw out the top seeds, you're left with some live dogs
A #2 vs a #3 as Duke meets Kansas. Both survive major 1st rd scares before blowing out 2nd rd foes. Too tough to call.
A #2 vs a #3 as Pitt faces Marquette. Physically, a good matchup for Marquette. Anyone who has seen the Warriors play would not be surprised to see Marquette advance
A #3 vs #10 as Syracuse battles Auburn in this battle of the "Orange." Anyone believe in the Tigers yet? You should as they match up athletically with the youthful orangemen. Wonder how the super freshman of 'Cuse will respond in a close game?
A #6 vs #7 as 2 recent former champs meet with MSU vs Maryland. Spartans not intimidated of defending champs and are peaking at the right time.
As a result, my top choice is Michigan State.
Careful consideration should also be given to both Auburn and Marquette.
