Sweet Sixteen Day 2.....Soooooooo Sweet!

Looking over games right now. First thing that jumps out to me is that the favorites could be strong tonight. I'm thinking of playing a few first half unders....as I see that being more the case tonight than it was last night. Still putting together my final picks. Let's kick some ass tonight like we did last night guys!

Ok.....here we go for the first 2 games:

UNC -10.5 (admittedly a slight homer play)
I'm under the impression that Marshall won't play but the Tarheels will use this as a rallying point. All year, the Tarheels have shown signs of lacking heart. Well, here's there chance to pull things together. The Heels are just too big inside for the Bobcats. I think the bobcats may keep it close early on....but I see the Heels wearing out the undersized kitties.

(1st half) Baylor-Xavier under 66.5
This game is going to be more of a grinder than some think. After watching Baylor shoot lights out in the last round, I think that many will see this line and just play the over.

Xavier +6.5 BIG BET
This is my big bet of the first session. Baylor is notorious for underperforming when expectations are high. After their last outing, this is a prime spot for a little letdown. This game is going to go down to the wire. Tu Holloway will keep the game interesting.

(2nd half) UNC -4.5
They took their foot off the gas there at the end and let Ohio get back into it some....but it's fool's gold. Ohio can get 0 in the paint and UNC will feed Zeller down low in the 2nd half. Roy was pissed that they stopped going to him. He'll make it a point to tell the guys to get it down low. Ohio can't hang with the bigs.

NICE JOB on the X man play, I went the other way and rushed a -5-140 before running out the door to the K of C fish fry, WOW talk about lucky did not see the game but gotta believe one or both of us were

(1st half) NC State-Kansas under 67
Just playing this one small. After the ride the Tarheels gave me in that game, i'm just breathing a sigh of relief.



GENO.....X was extremely fortunate to cover. I was definitely on the lucky side of that one.
