T-shirts under game jerseys?

NBA league rules.....
In college you can wear, but they have to be team colors. I think about 6-8 years ago teams would wear different colors. Like Clemson I know back in the day used to wear there road orange jerseys, but alot of the players would wear black T-'s underneath. alot of other teams would do the same, but i cannot remember which one's. I just don't understand why more home teams don't wear the dark jerseys at home. looks much better...
