Forecast for gametime is driving rain and 35-40mph steady winds out of the NW. The line opened at 59 but obviously is OTB at most places. Millenium still had 46 up as of 10 minutes ago. VT has the better running attack so that should favor them in this matchup, but I dont see 46 points being scored in this contest, not by a long shot.

There will be fumbles galore.

Isabella is gonna' rain on the game and I'm gonna' rain on your parade....I like it over the number.

Should be fun to watch, don't forget about the Va. Tech special teams especially in the punting game with a wet ball. I would tend to favor the under in this game, because the playcalling could get real conservative due to the weather.

down to 42.5 at Carib. I'm just hoping to have power for this game. Too much weather for me to make a pick on this one. At least I got out of work early.

no totals out here and might pull them every where so if you are going to do it would do it now but a wet ball can cost you a under many times that and a ice filed where ball is frozen have said that many times so would not be to quick to jump.imo

Just a quick FYI for all yall thinking of just JUMPING on that UNDER do to the rain, just remember that when rain is a factor, the OVER has hit 67.2% in the last 5 years..........so rain doesnt always equal UNDER........ive seen some crazy stuff happen in the 4th qtr with fumbles and such and seen UNDERS quickly go to OVERS.........

Exactly. Bad weather does not automatically warrant a play on the Under of any game. Works both ways...turnovers, offensive players know where they are cutting which is a much bigger advantage in bad weather, etc.. This game could obviously go Under, but to make plays based for the most part on the weather is not a good idea.

rain doesn't necessarily mean that the total will go under, but add that to the wind of 20-30 mph, & i think that can cause more running plays. i'll take my chances on the under.

good luck

I remember when Bama played Southern Miss in 2000. The total was around 43 or so. I played the under because we had severe weather every where. Driving rain, horrible wind, and tornados all across Alabama. It was miserable.

Game went over I think in the early 4th quarter.

So bottom line is you never know.

Your Correct

Your Correct

you didn't see the 46 score about.47pts w/ 8:00 to go in the 4th. bama fan was right. players seem to work harder on holding the ball under these conditions.
