Maybe we can just hope the debt will pay itself off? Or, we could always act like adults and start paying it down.

"We" are a collective nation. You can't be an American when it is convenient for you and your concrete business. You benefit from all the great things you had NOTHING to do with and bitch about the bad.
you don`t raise taxes by piling on the producers....you can`t just keep taking their money and spending it like water(at some point,you run out of other people`s money)........you have to expand the tax base...have more people contributing ...more people with skin in the game...more people working...and you don`t do that by gutting clinton`s welfare/food stamp work requirement(not a legislative decision made by the people`s representatives...a decision made via executive edict)......
you can`t keep raising the taxes of some and giving away goodies to others while the price of gas has doubled over the last 4 years...while the fed keeps printing money driving the value of the dollar down.....
we`re going over a cliff...nobody seems to care...just "raise taxes"(that`s like putting a bandaid on a melanoma).......well,guess what,you can confiscate money from people and it won`t be enough...you have to budget...tough choices have to be made...
all this class warfare is a distraction,not a solution..."hey,look over here,he`s rich!"..how`s that helping the economy?......i can`t believe hard working people are falling for this crap....

Make sure you tip gibber's buddy well. We want to make sure he keeps making those payments. I would hate for the rest of us to have to support the guy who can't afford his 500K house anymore.

Poor choices? The guy gets laid off due to the shitty economy and decides to sell his home instead of pulling his kids out of college but he is the asshole b/c he wanted to provide a nice home and live in a nice neighborhood for his family?

The guy made some poor choices. I think even some of the level headed conservatives on here pointed that out to you. Blaming the President is weak and a fucking joke. Weak to blame????? This coming from the "Its all Bush's fault" crowd.
And you dont have to worry about my business I am doing just fine.. My point however is patients dont have money or jobs to pay for medical equipment they need. Which in turn hurts our business. So yes blame the failed economy on this administration b/c promises were made that were not kept.
