The Bread at Subway and the meat at Taco Bell I found especially disturbing.

This reminds me of the thread where people were surprised that there was ammonia added to some ground beef to "preserve" it. That didn't really surprise me, and neither does this. I always assume there's some disgusting shit in fast food. :shrug:

Occuring naturally is one thing.. Adding shit to beef so it "ships better" is disturbing

He isn't always right, but I think he is right on this topic.....

Substitute salad without dressing and ice water in place of fast food and a soft drink for lunch, and many of use would be wearing only 1 chin again for the first time since high school. JMO......

That's way better than taco bell , but I recommend olive oil, vinegar of your choice, salt and pepper.
