i havent seen this many screwed up lines in one nite???
i went back and tracked results of lines that i consider would be 2+ pts.
off my line. line i set each morning is usually within a pt.
of actual line 90% of time. if i would ve bet the gift line all yr. , id be up a ton.by the gift, i mean take the team who is benifitting from the off-line. i broke these off-lines into 4-categories..
here they are with ats results...
home-fav. line to high...10-37
home-fav. line to low....40-17
road-fav. line to low....2-1
road-fav. line to high....4-24
for example....tonite...philly is a road fav. line to high..philly vs. wash...philly-5...this game at the very best should be philly pick....actually wash. should be favored by 3 to 4....how in the world can philly be favored by 5?
wash. has the better record at 19-19 philly is 19-21...
sure you can make case that philly is a much better team than there record,based on last yrs. team.....but are they 9 pts. better?? no, i dont think so.
there record is what it is, because they arent as good as last yr.
plain and simple.
these 2-teams are about as close to even as can be....line should be 3.5 or 4 with wash. as the fav.
so philly is a road-fav. line to high....play wash.
heres some others tonite.....
miami-10.....line should be 7...play chic. +10
MILW.-4.....line should be atleast -6.5 to 7...play milw.
port-1.5....line should be sac. -2.5.......play sac.
sa. at -9 was way to high....its been bet back to -7...what it should be....
i always used to like playing the bad line plays.....because i thought i was on the wise-guy side...i figured there must be something up with a game that i didnt know of...
one thing i will not do is bet a bad line anymore....ill take the gift points and i think come out ahead....

denver.....top play...1100-1000....usually when a team performs well in the absence of its star player....like lakers did...winning 2 of 3 w/o shaq...especially the last win...a road blowout over sa...
when the star returns....the rest of the over-achievers take his first game back off,....they will let-up and figure shaqs back....he will take over now...im taking the 16 or more....looking for denver to hang around...while other lakers stand around.
