The Angels will send their best road pitcher to the mound in hopes of leaving Tampa Bay on a positive note on Sunday afternoon.

Jarrod Washburn has been outstanding away from home this season. There he is 6-1 with a sparkling 2.36 ERA. He has also dominated the Devil Rays throughout his career, posting a 7-1 mark with a 3.11 ERA in 10 career starts. The Angels have not lost a Washburn road start since way back on June 11th.

The Devil Rays will counter with Mark Hendrickson. It is amazing that he still has a .500 record considering the way he has pitched this season. The lanky lefty owns a 6.58 ERA and has allowed at least four earned runs in seven of his last nine outings. I don't expect things to improve against the Angels potent offense.

I cant look at it objectively as an As fan and I hate chalk. Something just doesnt seem right with the Halos. Tampa is awful but seems like they get a couple wins and play well for awhile, especially at home. Also just know that Halos gotta b dreading a cross-country flight to start biggest series of the year. Sure seems like alot of teams dont play well in that spot - might be tough for Oakland Sunday as well.

Edit: Didnt realize A's play in Baltimore Monday as well.

hendrickson won b2b state crowns in hoops for Mt vernon here, same lil town that produced jesus, james Caviezel, who then went to my HS, then transfered to Kennedy ... the guy moved 3xs ... anyhow, some trivia ... your play looks good ... do U like Twins at all?

I was not imposing a lock with that statement...

Just inciting a bit of humor with my play..

To be honest with you ,i really don`t care when and what you post here.
I just don`t think it is nessasary for you to bash my play after the fact.
I was not insinuating a lock that`s for sure.
It`s what i do everyday,i post a play with a write up.
Anyways,if you have a problem with my write ups,its simple just stay out of my threads.

ST, funny how things go full circle with u and me ;) ... anyhow, ignore the negatives, ur a damn good capper and you come on and wish guys gl all the time ... the game was 2-1, jeesh, what do CTs want? 98% Ws?? ... i never get how some people come in 20-20 and take shots ...
