This game should bring out the best in a good Syracuse team.....Everyone gets up for CT!! And CT is not always ready.Jimmy C will be yanking and adjusting all game...starting 2 point guards again..Offensively,Josh Boone has been AWOL..Denham Brown is not playing well ...niether is Rudy Gay,or Rashaad Anderson (last 3).........Calhoun will continue to provide playing time for many while the team continues to play in spurts. consistency suffers with
too much in and out....(but watch out in March)
Defense is good... can carry the Huskies... Leading the Nation in blocks again...but will allow too many uncontested 3s at this point in the season and Gerry Mac will finally have a "Game" vs CT.
We all know that CT has the horses to win this game...BUT
Bottom Line...CT not playing particularly well home or road
Syracuse is off last.. Small upset ???

Bear,I'm ashamed of you.With the taxes you pay in Conn and your No 1 state school is playing and you would think your lean was to the Nutmegs.
I guess your Stags beat up on the Jersey Boys yest .That was a big win for Timmy.

Your right about Conn playing bad.But Cuse has had there moments also.Manhattan almost beat them and So Fl gave them a game.But you have to throw all that out tonite.What team excutes better and who controls the bds.It's a small play for me because Cuse can easliy win at home.I just think Calhoun will do a better job in attacking Cuses defense.But if GMac gets hot ...they still lose...lol

Hey Box,

Hows the old teacher (Administrator)?? Hope all is well and kids are all good..your own and at school.
Interesting being a retiree...I do not miss my commute but really do miss the "day to day" with the kids.
Anyway, GOOD for Timmy...he's doing his best work being so undersized...I cannot bring myself to play against him and they have been $$ at anything over 5

Kinda an intuitive play tonight for me and I've been watching every CT game.. Their big names are just not getting it done..Sheesh...without Hilton Armstrong they would have a few Ls by now.
Can Gerry Mac have another bad one????..A CT Win certainly would not be a surprise and I hope they get it...but a small play on Cuse for the $$.

i dont know? 1 thing i look at once in awhile when 2 teams play in a big game, is how they did the game before?

ex: did they struggle?

syracuse blew the doors off of cincinnati,while uconn won vs the hoyas on saturday

i would think that ucon may have looked ahead a bit more than the cuse here, and with syracuse being 3-0 against 2-1 in the div so far, i lean with uconn tonite, this line has moved and feel vegas made the right move here tonite
