Talk about bs endings...

Had Utah on ML versus AFA.

Game tied 57-57 w/ Utah inbounding the ball with 37 secs left.

Utah can basically run the clock down to nothing and take last shot, right?

Utah brings the ball up, holds it, takes some bs jumper with about 5 secs to go.....miss....LONG rebound to the top of the key and straight into AF's hands....AF streaks down the court for a lay up and Utah fouls at the buzzer....refs put 1.4 on the clock.

Needless to say AF makes both ft's and Utah misses last second shot.

AFA hadn't won in Utah since 1989, until of course, I put money on Utah.

I try to pass info along regarding SCAR when I can. I also try to stay away from gambling on/against SCAR most of the time b/c they are so damn inconsistent. That's why I hardly ever post about their games. The only thing I feel confident about at this time w/ SCAR is that they will beat UGA at home and possibly UK. The UK game is already sold out which means there will be 18,000 at the game.

sure miss the days when usc would play nc state or unc in football.i was stationed at ft jackson yrs ago.what's it like now.

Me too. Those were good times and great games.

The Fort is still buzzing with people. I don't ever have any reason to go on the grounds, but there is always heavy traffic in that area. If you haven't been to Columbia in years you would be amazed at how much the town has grown. I've been here since 1988 and it just gets bigger (and thankfully better) every year. The Colonial Center (BB arena) is incredible, if you ever have a chance to make it to a game you should definitely come.
