Neither team likely to make playoffs this year. TB needs a pep talk to leave the locker room. Gruden is a negative factor for these struggling spoiled blundering players. Coaching means alot more in college. This coach is not connecting. It may not be his fault. He may be gone from the scene by the weekend if he doesn't field a competitive team tonite.

May be nothing but Michael Clayton has been listed as probable (knee) for tonights game. I am sure he will play just may not be at full speed.
