Tout starts a service and a gambling message board, solicits Jack for his opinions, thanks Jack repeatedly for his help (on Jack's message board, not in a private email) and then solicits members (again, on Jack's message board, not in a private email), joins a fantasy football league with all MadJack members with me and solicits his site from week one through seventeen, then tries to start a fantasy football league here where he takes a hefty administrative fee. . . and suddenly I'm the A-hole.

I'm a prick and I'll admit that, but I'm not a failed tout scumbag.

And yes, I "no" (didn't get cleared out of the spell check, did it, meathead?) what a FIB is, eh? Talk about your one-sided rivalries.

Just go away like you said you would, TSI. But don't go away mad, just go away............BobbyBlueChip

TheBoys... new company the HR person creating the offer mentioned it was not taxed... but I am not totally believing that. I have read several different parts of the code, and they seem to point towards the dollars being taxed! (There is another way if it is set-up correctly that it may not be taxed, but it didn't go into depth about the particular set-up.)

I would assume there must be away of it being done simply because the past companies I have worked for provided the vehicles, gas, insurance etc., and none of it was a taxable event from an employee stand point. Have no clue the difference between receiving the items, or getting paid the dollars for it... other than it must be do to verifying what dollars may or may not be used by the individual?

Scott-Atlanta- Appreciate the help there... you must have an axe to grind as well, or you watch soap operas on a daily basis. Oh well...

Hey BBC, you may want to get all of your facts straight bro. If I were truly doing the amount of solicitation on this board, that you insinuate I was doing... why am I not in the dog house with Jack? If I haven't been reprimanded by him in his house, then I don't see a leg for you to stand on. Someone award you the rent-a-cop award here at MJ's... must have been a proud moment. I hope your family attended! As for private e-mails between Jack and I, how would you know... what goes on. Quite sure Jack isn't checking with you for approval, Kosar maybe but not you!

By the way, great job catching an error in my post which was clearly typed quickly with no proofreading... I mean to say I am quite sure your English skills are vastly superior to mine. What is it you do again? (Remember, it's behind a keyboard so you can pick and choose to impress us all!) LMAO!!

Let's talk about soliciting via the Fantasy Football League... this(MJ's) is the only place I go by "dogface" every place else I go by TSI or the full name. I ran a FFL prior to joining the MJ's one, and had MJ'ers there as well. It must have been the use of the site's name that I go by, that really turned you off. You here any complaints, did you see me do anything else there? I mean consider myself a member of this board as well... Heck I even think I was a member here prior to your existence on this board Add to the fact that I have also supported the site through Jack's advertisiers as well, as well as numerous other sites. So not sure what your issue is.

Jack, has a very loyal group here, mostly made up of good people, with a few losers (count yourself as one, I did!) But you must be mistaken to think that there are not numerous boards out there and most are members of quite a few of those boards. So relax, Jack isn't losing any business because I was apart of a FFL that consisted of mostly MJ'ers. Also about the hefty admin fee, you can't be serious! It amounted to a couple of dollars, and was to be paid back in prizes based on match-ups! I believe I posted that on here already, and that is was to cover the paypal costs and used for other prizes based on game match-ups. I mean like the total "rake" as you may have seen it would have been... what less than $20. OOooooooo weeee! There is a robbery going on there... especially considering it was posted and outlined!

As for a failed tout??? Did I fail? Did something happen I do not know about? Are you suggesting something that I am not familiar with? Funny, I was pretty successful with it. Decided to change focus last year after 4-5 succesful years of doing it. I have more things to focus on in my life, such as my wife's health, and family so I moved on. Funny you make assumptions without knowledge, that surely doesn't represent an educated decision on your part.

But seriously, if you ever wanted to give up the info on how to meet you I would love to go for a drink. Heck I should be in Miami, within the month of February maybe you and Kosar can come on down, I'll buy!!!
