One suggestion I might have to offset war expense is to have cut foreign aid to all countries from the start of war until its finished--
that did not support war efforts

Next step demand loans from oil producing countries be repaid with oil if necessary especially Venezuela.

But interest rates keep going up. A true sign of problems coming. In away the signs of be careful with your deficits. And these rates are just another tax on the American people. As for stock market doing so good. It has just about got back to 1999/2000. In fact many did better in other markets then ours. Tax cuts are nice but they can hurt you bad if not payed for.
