Joe Schad and Stewart Mandel reporting that they heard from Martinez's high school coach that he is still with the team and 'everything's fine'. Not saying this is the final word on the rumor, but those two guys are more reputable than the bleacherreport or any other place that have claimed sources so far. Perhaps nothing more than a situation similar to Eric Crouch back in the day.

If Martinez did leave the team and transferred, he would only have 2 seasons of eligibility left after the transfer year due to already using a redshirt year.

Cody Green is NOWHERE near fast enough to play Flanker. They either run him off or he is a wasted QB ship, because he couldn't start for UNO crap even Wayne State. Pure bust by the staff on that one.

Brion Carnes is highly talented but the future likely lies in incoming QB Jamal Turner or Bubba Starling (if he don't go MLB route). I have heard that Turner is the best QB recruit since Crouch, he is the real deal. RB Aaron Green is the goods as well.
