Naw, they didn't found the USA. They just moved into a land where there were no humans and occupied it through a loosely knit organization of tribes. It belonged to them via what we now call squatters rights.
The USA was founded upon land from which the Indians were removed by military weapons, starvation and WMD.
In today's terms it would be sort of the same as Russia cleaning out the natives by means of nuclear weapons and settling Japan.
You could call it Soviet Manifest Destiny, you know "Gott Mit Uns".
