I think Wisconsin-Milwaukee will beat South Carolina SU today so obviously I will take the 9.5 points. The Panthers can score(made 13 3-points in their opener) while the Gamecocks have very few scoring options. Having a game under their belt will also help the Panthers. Wisc.-Milwaukee 71 USC 64.
