I've been waiting to hear from a buddy that played for Tech and still is good friends with several of the position coaches. He said everyone at practice is sharp and everyone has their heads in it.

A lot of people wanting to make up for last years loss to OK ST including Crabtree who dropped a TD that could have won the ballgame for Tech.

In a normal year I would say that Tech would have a big let down after a win vs UT but this year is different. The players have had bigger things to achieve than just beating Texas.

Tech will win this game, the points do concern me because it could be close but I'll take my chances.

Tech averages 574 yard per game at home, Okie St allows 479 on road.


Okie St averages 409 yards per game on road and Tech is allowing 348 per game.

I think the key is Tech is only allowing 2.6 yards per rush at home. The defense has always been the weakness since Leach arrived but after a slow start vs Kansas they shut down the Kansas offense. Except for one big play and then the last drive, their defense played extremely well vs Texas.

We're having a big party for the game tomorrow night. I'm going to go to Norman in two weeks for the OU game, we went to the Texas game and it was a blast. There is a big group that will head to Norman, they should beat us there but for some reason we play them well so you never know.

I think your bro may come over tomorrow, if I can get him out of the cave. I think he lives in his media room now hahahhahaha.

If you come in for the holidays tell Matt to call me, we'll get together and make use of his new vaporizing toy.
