Any reason???

Several actually. The first couple of things are that both teams score. They combined for 73 total points in last years game. They scored 52 and 49 in their openers this year. The biggest thing is that Auburn gave up 26 points to an Arkansas St team, that is probably more equivalent to a California JC team. I expect Miss St to put up numbers in the 30's if not higher on this Auburn defense. Taking Miss St and Over, in my opinion, should get you an easy split with a high probability of 2-0.

Is that enough ???

with that same line of thought.... how much are you going to bet on FSU? They should easily put up 30s against Oklahoma if you apply your same theory to the Utah State game

GL on your plays hope you split and the over hits

Im just saying its Miss St. Au won 49-21 (or close to it last year) Both teams are improved. If you watched the AU game you will notice Ark st did most of their damage on short plays while our corners were 9 yrds off the line of scrimage. in the 2nd half we rolled the corners up and stopped them. If you take away the 2nd half kick off fumble and the fumble by Mario then Ark st does not cross mid field the 2nd half of the game. Also, AU only ran 6 diffenert plays from the line of scrimmage and ran a total of 65 plays - watch tonight for them to try and run close to 80 plays. And Travon Reed did not even play in the game and he will get 8-10 touches and that kid is unbelieveable. Im just saying at the end of the day its Miss. St (the same team Bama misspelled on their tickets) Gl with the play but I think you are looking at 1-1.

AU - 45
Miss St - 21 :0corn :toast:

Reed is a true freshman who has never played a down......yet he's unbelievable? Yea, that's an opinion i'm gonna listen to.

How about the fact that AU played their starters into the 4th qtr OUT OF NECESSITY against Ark St and now travel on the road for a night SEC game against a team in MSU that had their starters out by the 2nd qtr? How about the fact that Dan Mullen probably knows more about Cam Newton than AU's own staff does because of his time at UF?

MSU has had this one circled since spring, Auburn is headed into an absolute hornets nest tonight. Miss St will win this game......better coaching staff than AU, and in year 2 you'll see a major leap in program quality.

First of all, you're obviously not paying attention. Part of my theory is based upon last years game between the two teams. Florida St and Oklahoma do not have that. Secondly Miss St is a 2pt dog whilst Oklahoma is a 2 TD favorite. I haven't handicapped this game yet, but from my brief once over, I'm guessing that I will either play on Florida St +14 or no play.........:SIB

gl teemo

fyi reed will not play tonight

if you for one second think ark st is equivilant to cali JC team, then what the hell would you classify memphis? pop warner maybe? that reasoning is just stupid IMO

at any rate i agree that state wins due to various reasons #1 being auburn D has given up 25+ points in our last 5-6 games and that isnt going to change.

state is the right side to be on but i'm a homer and playing auburn

not sure how you are making Miss St out to be some offensive juggernaut.

last years game Miss St scored 24 points on 297 yards of offense.

and 7 of those points were a blocked punt returned for a TD.
