Let me ask you a question VTF. Why don't you like the overs ? Not tryng to be a dick, but I always get guys asking "well how come you like this play? You're other plays look great !!!!" You've got 13 posts on this forum. Why don't you tell me why you don't like this play. Then I'll reveal my homework to you..........

:00hour Hour and counting....tick tick tick:shrug:

Kick the man in the balls tonight TeeMo, I PERSONALLY think Hawks athleticism gives the Cavs frontline hell and could be the difference of them staying in and getting blown out of this series...BoL

LAL thought the SAME thing yesterday and it went under by 1/2 to 2.5 pts (depending on time of bet) and the ass whooping.... Wait till tomorrow when EVERYONE hits LAL again and the over...

Hey Teemo.

chiming in from Ax's thread. A lot of the cappers there were leaning under. Do you mind revealing why you feel the over?

I think everyone sees rust on cavs but i dont think James will let that happen(He's on a mission). Also just won MVP cant let Cleveland down. Hotlana will try to run and gun. i see score around 105 to 98 Cavs. But who am I. Dont bet your money if you are not sure. Sit back and enjoy the game it should be a good one.

You posted your plays and I respect them I see the Cavs and Hawks have gone over each time they've played in Cleveland this year. I'm just wondering if the Hawks have dead legs after completing a seven game series against the Heat coupled with the Cavs having a long layoff and Lebron being honored before the game will have anything to do with a low scoring first quarter and or half. As well as defensive intensity picking up in the playoffs. Shots can be off or cold but defense stays the same. Just situational capping not really relying too much on numbers not trying to be a dick just my reason why I'm taking the under...bol as if you need it you hit pretty consistently

I don't mind at all when asked like this. It's why we all log in here.

There are actually several reasons why I like the over. First off......take that rust crap and throw it in the trash. These guys haven't been sitting around eating Cheetoh's and playing video games. They know what's at stake here and everyone will be ready. What I think suffers most in long layoffs is defense. You can't defend against game speed offense during practice. However the size and height of the basketball rim never changes.....With that said, here are some numbers for you.

During the season, Cleveland avergaed 102 points at home and gave up 88. Atlanta averaged 96 points on the road and gave up 100. Now this drops off some in the playoffs with Cleveland at 93 - 78 and Atlanta at 87-88. Keep in mind though that all of the playoff games between the two teams were blowouts, with very little competative offense in the 4th quarter. Looking at the offensive numbers of 93 for Cleveland and 87 for Atlanta, there is 180 points right there. I would expect both of these teams to be even higher, based on how they are playing now and how they have matched up against each other during the regular season. Take the last three times these two have matched up and the scores were 198, 175 and 189, with the 198 being in Cleveland.

Cleveland I am sure will do their part in here. I think they get to 100 points. If Atlanta stays within the 11.5 spread, which I bet they would, then the over covers as well.

There's my two cents. Hope it helps.
