Are the Vols banged up? This number seems very strange to me. I think the wrong team is favored, could it be the big east vs Sec (perception) built into the line. I know Louisville casually strolled to the sweet 16, that has to be part of the reason for the Cardinals being the chalk.

Lofton reportedly has a minor leg injury, although they're saying he will play.

Louisville has really come together as a team and is playing well. Tennessee, although very talented, does a lot of stupid things throughout the game.

Take it from a Vols fan, Louisville wins this one going away. Tennessee has been squeaking by teams since the Memphis game. They just don't look inspired or fired up right now. Louisville may win this one by dd.

Ronnie:

Always respect your opinion and am a fellow Vol fan, but IMO the Vols are best in this spot being a dog. I DID NOT think they would beat Butler, but now that they did, they exhale a little.

They match up very well with L'Ville and Ramar will have more confidence after the way he played down the stretch against Butler. I like them going away in this one and I think the potential matchup with UNC is awesome.

I think the Heels better watch out for Wazzu though!

Again Ronnie, don't think I am attacking you or bashing, just coming from another angle

GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just my opinion too but seems like they play more as a team without Lofton. Know he scores when he's on but those Smith boys can too. Favorite player is Tyler Smith.

The line came out before any reports about a Lofton issue. This is just an overreaction to Louisville winning so handily and Tenn not looking as impressive. Just like the W Virginia line - can the Mountaineers win? Of course. I might even bet them Should they be favored? Of course not. They beat an overrated Duke team and suddenly its the return of Pittsnoggle.
