The only thing the guy has ever done well was to cash in riding the coattails of Brian Kelly. He was a horrible hire for Tenn.

Very high expectation job, I'm sure some wouldn't just for that reason. For whatever reason they just don't have the number of high quality athletes that they usually have. Joshua Dobbs and a handful of guys had carried them the last 2 1/2 years, this was one I could see coming.

90% of NCAA D1 programs would take his 4 seasons at Tennessee. Just shows the magnitude of the pressure of winning under naive expectations.
