Was thinking the same thing

On a prev topic ..took my Caddy in to my Cousins who does caddy repair only.
Bitched about the mileage .... told me to fill up tank press the reset button top right of steering wheel ..... that will give true mileage otherwise u get the ave MPG fer every tank full you ever put in.
Did a 100 mile round trip at 70 mph on cruise got 25.7 .that will work u may wanna try it.. still trying ta get above 62 %

I used that feature many times and I just don't believe it but I still haven't gotten around to doing it the right way. And, yes, mine tells me anywhere from 24-27 MHG so I know it's wrong.
