Why, in the name of anything that makes sense, is this line so low?

Granted, K State is coming off a weeks rest, but something smells fishy.

TEXAS-29 clobbers Tulane / K State-24 loses outright to Marshall

-6?

TEXAS is 3-1 ats / K State is 0-3 ats.

-6?

Texas +3', won last years meeting, 17-14.

-6?

Texas has ALL the talent and physical ability.

-6?

K State is in damage control.

-6?

buddy's thinkin'....K State

+6 !

One reason could very-well be the "look ahead" factor. Ill say one thing, when I played for the Longhorns, you ate, slept, breathed OU up until the Texas/OU game to prepare for them. That is the #1 thing on there mind, OU, and has been since spring ball started. Texas can say all week long they are not looking ahead, but I guarantee you the guys already are thinking about OU. I just hope my boys dont lose focus, and dont let KState slip up on them which very well could happen in this situation. OU has been, and will remain for a while our biggest game of the year, almost as big as the Aggies, but since they have beaten us a few years in a row recently, I can guarantee you the boys cant wait till next weekend to face the Sooners, so the Kstate bet might not be a bad one..........good luck.........

Only two games on the card and I don't have a good feel for either matchup.

First off, I can't see how RUTGERS is gonna' score against this Hokie defense.

Secondly, Va Tech may be in a little look ahead situation with Syracuse on deck. Last year, Hokies-10' lost as road chalk in triple OT, 42-50.

Lastly, WVA with no Avon Coburne and an inexperienced offensive line is a far cry from last years team. Rasheed Marshall is slippery, but there's a difference between running for a good gainer and running for your life. Who knows what a weeks rest has done for this team? I ain't taken chances.

actually i think the kstate db's will get torched in this one. Texas already had one big let down i dont think they let it happen again this week.

Roberson's return is the main factor. The loss to Marshall was with some horrific backup who looked awful. Not to mention that Texas' two blowouts were against scab teams and the good team that they played ran all over them. That being said, I like Texas.
