Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton supports President Trump?s claim that noncitizens are voting in U.S. elections, saying prosecutors in his own state have won convictions for voter fraud.

?I know it?s an issue because I deal with it,? Mr. Paxton told The Washington Times. ?We just got a conviction on an illegal that voted in an election.?

Putting a number on how many illegal votes were cast is difficult, however, because local election officials aren?t looking for that kind of fraud.

?They?re complicit in allowing it to happen,? he said. ?I guarantee it is happening ? whatever people say.?

Mr. Trump has said millions of illegal votes were cast in the presidential election, distorting the national vote tally in favor of his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton, and has called for an investigation into the matter. In November, Mr. Trump said he would have won the national vote ?if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally.?

Ortega, who registered to vote in the state of Texas and 5-different cities, successfully ?illegally? cast her vote in 5-different polling places.

The fact that she had the nerve to do this in the first place was disgraceful?but it isn?t the worst part. According to sources, her license (which she shouldn?t have in the first place because she is, indeed, illegal) had a ?non-citizen? marker box checked off, and yet she was still allowed to vote in all five cities.

Once the case went public those in charge of the state?s elective process all closed ranks behind one another in condemning Ortega who was sentenced to 8-years in prison. (How nice?.)

However, her attorney lamented her sentence was ?harsh? and when she?s through serving her sentence, she will be deported back to Mexico.


However it makes you wonder how many others got away with the very same thing. The system is incredibly flawed. It?s time to pick up the pieces.

What is the source of for this? No wonder you are so clueless on the facts, your sources manipulate the facts into a story that isn't true.

#1 - She voted in 5 different elections, not 5 times in 1 election. That is being portrayed incorrectly. And after portraying it incorrectly, they apply some math to it to show you just how bad it is, lol.
#2 - No reference to who she voted for. I wonder why? Could it be because she voted Republican? She did. It's a fact.
#3 - She's not illegal, she just doesn't have her citizenship. She's a resident. She voted illegally.....for Republicans.
#4 - She's been in jail and last voted in 2014. This story makes it sound like she got busted this election and Trump is the one that caught her. Whoops, wrong again.
