Texas was "smoked" by Arkansas last week 41-20. Ut was even worse then the score. Hogs rushed 3 and still got to the Card who has now been benched for Thompson at qb. Texas def line let Ark rush for over 300 yds . It was a beat down in all facets of the game. Texas OL has a lot of problems but Rice defense will have big time problems stopping Bjorn and co .Ark stopped him big time. Embarrassing and disappointing loss last week for Texas. In 2019 Texas beat Rice 48-13. Think the same . Rice lost to an avg Houston team 44-7 last week. They also lost to Arkansas 38-17 2 weeks ago which was a lot closer then Texas loss to Ark. Think Texas comes out strong here on offense and although Texas defense has some holes Rice 's offense can't scare anybody..
North Texas +12.5 over UAB **
Although Mean green lost by 23 to Smoo it was a 1 point halftime score. Think NT at home can keep this close .they got a few turnovers on defense and that is where their problem is.UAB coming off 55-7 beat down by Georgia

Smoo woke up in the 2nd half of the North Texas game. Morececia after 1st game was bought down to earth he still has weapons in Bently and a trio of Wrs . They have a high powered offense and think Roberson the wr could be the best wr in the country. . He has been quiet in 1st 2 games..think he gets his breakout game.
Baylor -18 over Kansas *****
Baylor blew away Southern and got there stats elevated. But this team has one of the best defenses and is just getting its offense together .Bohanon at qb and some solid rb;s and excellent wr's. In the Tx state game watching Bohanon over throw wide open wr;s I said I will never play Baylor again. Well 2 weeks later I;m already breaking my rule. Bears win this 44-7 ..
