If Potts gets the start at QB for TT then I would not assume a blowout by any means.
HE SUCKS.

Tech has been a much different team since Sheffield took over and he is out.

Also if Jeff Fuller(WR A&M) plays then that will help A&M in a big way.

Potts is starting but the play on Tech is good. Reason is because the running game for Tech is coming together. Batch is avg something crazy per rush and only getting better, he came into the season hurt and is finally getting healthy. A&M's run d is not very good, see last week which isn't a good thing for them. They're going to have to commit more men to the run game and this will open up the field for Potts. It's not like Potts is horrible, he was leading the country in passing before he got hurt.

Tech is starting two new tackles this week, one is a frosh and the coaches are saying he is an absolute stud.

I think they play it pretty safe with play calling until Potts proves he's ok but with the speed of the WR, Batch and especially Jeffers I think they'll break some big plays.

Sorry was thinking what Jeffers averages per rush not Batch. Jeffers is 7.1 per rush but hey Batch isn't bad at 5 per rush. :0corn

Is Potts the back up QB? And why isnt the starter playing?

Ageecee, Potts was the starter for the first 4 or 5 games(can't remember) but got a concusion. The backup Sheffield did so well he was named the starter but he hurt his foot or ankle vs Nebraska and had surgery this week.

Minute into the 2ndQ and TT has 234 yrds offense and A&M has 200.

Johnson is 8/8 for 130 yards.

Not getting pressure on him is a bad sign for a Tech cover.
Still esarly though. 14-14 quickly.

I got the over so I am pleased right now.
