Im seeing everybody is on Iowa today, as they say Texas wont be interested on this contest, but i dont know why ???

I guess the ones that are saying that are the ones who bet on Texas all the season and that cost them money, or they are Texas fans and are angry just because they wont be on the National Champ Game, because i dont see other explanation, Texas is better than just a TD spread.

Texas will blow out this one even if they would play without the first team and even without any interest, I've seen Iowas games and that team suck BIG!!

Iowas defense has been beaten up and worn down during the last six weeks of the season, and Texas will make an statement of what this team is and that last years champ is for real.

Not speaking from a fan perspective,but a 30 year handicappers perspective:Betting on last years national champion who won a bowl game that will go down in history as one of the greatest ever is asking for it.Its like playing last years champion in other sports:They've become a public play by virtue of winning so dramatically and memorably as they did vs USC last year,and the oddsmaker knows they will get plenty of action this year no matter what the number is,so they usually make it too big.As obscene as the amount of points was in last years game was,i'm looking at an under play here before game time as well.Gl to your favorite team
