Both of these teams are playing well at the moment, and they are
very serious contenders within their respective divisions. The
Rockies have been very successful outside of Coors Field, but their
pitching ranks near the bottom of the National League (4.64 ERA)
while the Brewers rank second (3.60), just behind LA for the top
slot. In addition, Colorado is not expected to send ace lefty Kyle
Freeland to the mound in this series. The Brewers are 18-4 vs. righties
in night games at Miller Park (+$1460) so we?ll play this series
accordingly. BEST BET: Brewers vs. right-handers in night games.

The Yankees hold a 5-4 edge in head to head play this year, but
they limp into Fenway Park without Aaron Judge & Gary Sanchez,
giving Boston an opportunity to open up an even bigger lead in the
AL East. The Red Sox look like the best team in baseball right now
74-33, +$2390), with the top team BA In the majors (.270) and the
2nd best ERA In the American League (3.54). The Yankees have
lost a fortune when taking on right-handers (-$1215), so take a shot
with Rick Porcello (+$630) or newly acquired Nathan Eovaldi, both
of whom are expected to see action. BEST BET: Porcello/

The Blue Jays have pitched poorly in 2018 (4.64 team ERA) and
they just dealt veteran lefty J.A. Happ to New York, leaving the
rotation in even more disarray. Now they?ll face a strong Seattle
team fighting for a post-season slot, checking in with a 34-19 record
playing here at Safeco Field (+$970). James Paxton is back
from the DL and expected to pitch in this series (3.62 ERA in 20
starts) and Marco Gonzales (+$825, 3.37 in 21 outings) is due to
take a turn as well. The Blue Jays have been a total disaster vs. lefthanders
this season (12-25, -$1355), averaging 3.9 runs per game at
the plate. BEST BET: Paxton/M. Gonzales.
