I have so much to be thankful for, and much of it is the result of the hard work and dedication of our armed forces, both past and present.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you veterans who have served to protect us, and would like to suggest that we all reflect on those who have paid the ultimate price to provide the freedom and security that many of us often take for granted.

i sit here at my computer looking out into the back yard....roses blooming like crazy...lilacs....good neighbors...pulling music off youtube and posting it to my old lady`s mp3 player(and she`s ecstatic,lol...thanks again ray finkel)...

i think smurph said it best awhile back....we hit the birth lottery... we have so much that we just take for granted...thanks to our forefathers....and our brave young men and women...

Yes, thanks to all of our soldiers. These guys and gals are very committed to their country, and travel the globe to complete their assigned missions. They and their families sacrifice a lot for the good of our country.

I've been watching the marathon of 'Band of Brothers' all day on the History Channel.

I'm not sure there has ever been anything made for TV that is better than this. Saw it in 2002 for the first time, and watch it every year. Just amazingly well done.
