I would like to thanks IE for the help and also what I did was go back to 1999 with all the bowl games. From 1999 - present rushing dogs that out rushes there opponent was 58-35 ATS 62%
now if you break that down a little farther. Dogs that out rush there opponent by 70 yards a game or more was 18-6 ATS 75% so there are 3 teams that rush for more than 70 yards or more a game:
1. San Jose St +75 yards a game more
2. Minny + 75 yards a game more
3. Navy + 210 yards a game more

well hope there are 3 winners here or 2-1 at worse. TOm

So. Cal
tom could you tell me what the stats were on teams that outrushed there opponents and defended the run better as well? I have been following this angle for most of the season with double digit dogs and it has shown to be profitable

thanks for the trends
