Quite some time ago, you turned me on to this calorie diet. I'd tried just about everything with Adkins working the best, but the minute you go off, the pounds pack right back on. Anyway, was a fit 250 lbs two months ago. Started counting my calories and tried to stay around 2,000 a day. Got on the scale this morning and was delighted to see 226 lbs. I haven't exerciesed a bit and take 2 free days a month to eat whatever. Still have a long way to go, as I'd like to get down more in the 185-190 range. Just wanted to thank you for your input in that thread I started way back when.
