What has happened to the dirty birds?Losers of 2 in a row..Anyways, whatever is going on the last couple of weeks i look for that to change here on Thanksgiving day in Detroit. This is sort of a revenge game from last year where The Lions gave them their only loss at home. Detroit played real bad this past week, after looking so great the week before, I just forgot it was Arizona they played.Vick has been throwing the ball well ever since the bye, and I expect him to play huge here in the national spotlight and I expect Atlanta to win handily,by 10 or more.I will be loading up on this game thats how much i like the Falcons in this spot.If they would have won the last 2 games this line would probably be 8 even with a split it would be maybe 5 so 3 looks real good here they should get back on track.

SOUL, im HUGE on falcons for tomorrow too, thinking of even doubling up. This line looked too good to be true to me at first, b/c like you said, had the dirty birds won at least one of their last 2, this line would be 5 or 6. After looking at the stats a little harder, I think falcons are only given 3 mainly because Detroit has played tough at home so far. 3-2, but they have played well enough to be 4-1. Tough one point loss to Carolina and OT loss to bears. Any game against the bears will be pretty close, especially when the bears go on the road, so I dont credit that close game as much. But I think Vegas rationale here reflects the last matchup, when Detroit won, and Detroits battle with Carolina where the only came up one point short. Im not buying either case.

Statistically the play is Atlanta. Atlanta is also the SITUATIONAL play here too, coming off 2 losses, needing this game against a sub .500 team with at LEAST 4 tough games left on the schedule. Game will come down to Vick's leadership and good coaching. Can this team rebound on the road, especially after a tough loss at home last wekend? Vick loves the spotlight, PLUS he NEEDS redemption after coughing the ball up to give the game away last Sunday.
Like I said in my thread on this game, 24-14 ATL

I noticed that this isn't a "Fatten Your Wallet" play (one you don't keep a record for). Should we be alarmed?

I'm going to throw all those nice stats you posted out the window and go the opposite way.
