Week 11 was my worst going just 6-6. Have to turn it around starting with this play.

Miami -2.5 (-119) Win

This play scares me a bit, as most in the forum seem to be on the side of the Lions. I have played Detroit and Dallas just about every Thanksgiving no matter what the line is. Seems like more times than not it's a safe play.

However, this year it seems as though these two teams are headed in opposite directions. Detroit is really struggling and Miami might have turned their season around starting with the victory over Chicago. Joey coming home to the team that said happy trails might have a chip on his shoulder. One worry is that he will try to do "too much", but I think the head coach will keep him in check.

For Detroit, Kevin Jones is banged up. He is listed as questionable, but I would be surprised if he plays. If he does , he will most certainly be less than 100 %.

This is not the same Detroit Turkey day team as in the past with Barry, Herman Moore, etc. They have no offense with the exception of Roy Williams (with KJ banged up). I am with you on this one. Good luck!

Kevin Jones is out this week.

Jones has been virtually ruled out for Thursday's game against the Dolphins, but his injury isn't a high ankle sprain and he is expected to return to action in a week or two, Mlive.com reports.

I just love the prices pinny offers on over wagers....

Like this total going over even at 39, but bought the point and a half because it was so cheap. Dallas played the best defense I've see them play all year vs Indy. They were quicker to the ball and laid plenty of hard hits. Still surprised they held the Colts to 14 points! 96 hours later, this group has to try to bring the same intensity? I don't think so.

We all know about the offensive struggles of Tampa Bay this year, but I think they've found a good spot to put some points on the board. I expect a big game from Joey Galloway going up against his former team. He's run plenty of routs on this field and has the speed to beat a tired Dallas secondary.

For Dallas, I expect nothing less than a 2 td day for Owens as he loves the spotlight. Romo as been on point and the running attack has helped create some very nice play action passes for big yardage.

Was somewhat surprised to see this total open at 39. I think the odds makers realize the potential of a high scoring affair and I will bet accordingly.

Like this play quite a bit...

I took Miami ML. Miami 2 1/2 (-130) at my site, so I figured I'd take ML at -145.
I hate the "extra juice" on regular lines. Thats the whole reason I didn't bet monday night and both my leans hit. Oh well, I think Miami gets the win today.

Den/KC Under 39.5 (-119) pinny Win

Big Division game for both teams this evening. KC always seems to step up on the defensive side of the ball at home, especially when the Broncos come to town. Two of the best rushing teams in the league. We all know by now Jake the Snake is playing with his job on the line. I don't expect to see him take many chances down field and rely more on his potent backfield. Trent Green is still trying to get his confidence back and a heavy dose of LJ should eat up the clock.

Kinda pisses me off I won't be able to watch the game tonight. Best game of the day in prime time and if you don't get the NFL Network, your screwed!

Mully, I really wanted to load up on Dolphins, but every time I unload I seem to lose. I put a little extra stuffing on it, plus I've got the teaser going with Dal/TB Over on the way.
Looks like its going to be a good day, just wish I had put more.

But alas, today of all days...I am thankful just to win.
