:142smilie Every year someone calls me...just got the first call for 'cream cheese corn'..it's simple :mj07:
A one lb bag of frozen corn
1-Can of corn (15 oz :mj03: )
1 8 0z Phili Cream Cheese
1 stick of butter (1/4 lb...you can use less if you have a stint)
bag & the can in a pot to heat using all liquid from the can...add a touch of water if needed..tablespoon or two only...low heat. Gentle stir until mixed and starting to heat.
Add cream cheese & butter, turn up the heat to melt, stirring occasionally...salt & plenty of black pepper.....Hmmm Hmmm Good!
