Blount is no doubt in the wrong, but maybe this guy will think twice before putting his hand on another man and talking shit in the future.

If I'm the coach or AD, Blount is certainly off the team for good.

I think I would discipline the BSU kid as well. This is why there are "no taunting" rules.

Blount was the one running his mouth about BSU being due for an ass-whipping, as they kept alluding to on ESPN beforehand. Not only does BSU not get their ass-whipping (presumably, they are still due one, as a friend suggested), but Blount goes for negative yards, and gets caught for a safety. I suspect that were he a BSU player, even our lord and savior Jesus Christ might have a comment for Blount after the game. Reckon Blount would have been mouthing off if said ass-whipping had been delivered? Pull Blount's scholarship and send him on his way. As for the Hout (the BSU player involved), he'll be razzed enough for getting one-punched (and see that video over and over at horrible times and places, like say, his wedding reception) that no additional punishment is needed. As far as suing Blount or pressing charges? Give me a break, Hout needs to say no harm, no foul and move on (maybe even ask Tebow to pray for Blount with him) - he'll look good and make Blount look even worse. Let's face it, Blount is going to be punished in ways that thugs never see coming - that's good enough.
