that is the single worst game I have ever seen Brady play and they win

I kind of figured Marty & the rookie quarterback might cost them this game, but it went way deeper than that. First off LT, was incredible and was by the the best player on the field, who ever was barking at him after the game from New England is a idiot, total Bush League.

San Diego played way to tight. Jackson dropped at least 4 passes where no defender was around. Also didn't get second foot down on it possible touchdown.

Marty going for it on 4 & 11 in the first half was ridiculous, and challenging the last fumble on the Brown Strip was even stupider and cost San Diego the game.Troy Brown just said on a interview after the strip, Rivers ran straight over to Marty and told them to throw the red flag, and Marty just threw it immediately without consulting the coaches in the booth.

There was 3 ridiculous 15 yard personal foul that desperately cost San Diego, most pointedly the idiot dancing & head butting on what would have been a change of possession & most likely the game for Chargers.

The rookie kicker for New England was money. What brutal choke by San Diego. That's what inexperience causes.

A very good & non biased recap from a Pats fan.

It was Ellis Hobbs that was the idiot. You know LT wouldnt do that for no reason. Hobbs was dancing & throwin his helmet down on the Chargers logo & a few other started bustin out the Merriman dance towards the SD sideline.

Florence was the idiot that did the head butt. Dope.

Marty needs to retire. He just cant make the right decisions in big games. That challenge was the horrible & I believe it absolutely cost them OT. Who would have won there...probably comes down to the flip. 40 secs -1 min more on that clock & I have no doubt SD gets 15 more yards to give them a very makeable FGA. If not the winning TD.

Congrats on your W. The Pats as always just found a way to win.

Agree with part of your post 3, but the whole thing about dancing and throwing his helment on the charger logo and then bustin out the Merriman dance?? My feeling is if you dish it out, you'd better be able to take it! If a players got some dance he's going to perform after every little accomplishment for attention.....then you'd better be able to take it when you can't win in your own house in what many people thought was a superbowl team! What LT should have done was got in the faces of the dumbasses on his own team that cost them the game with the stupid personal fouls.

3 seconds, first off, sorry about that play, I really thought New England would win that game, but in all honesty San Diego gave it away. Honestly I go to most Patriot Games, and was at Brady s first, that is the worst he has played ever. He had Gaffney for touchdowns twice and grossly overthrew him.

I'm surprised that was Hobbs acting like that. He is probably the hardest working guy on the team, and he plays hard & cocky, I think that's why he succeeds being only like 5-7. But acting that way especially to a absolute professional like LT is totally wrong, and against everything Billicheck stands for. I'm sure he will get spoken to.

wait to see if Harrison plays next week, he will be questionable, if he doesn't go, unlike Rivers, I think Manning will pick the Patriot secondary apart. Of course Indy will have to play defense like the last 2 weeks, and Bob Sanders absolutely has to play.

Hang tight 3 seconds, you'll get that back.

Shamrock, I agree it was a bad game by Brady standards but he came through when it counted. That final drive of the first half was huge.
I wasn't all that thrilled that the Patriots gave up on the run so early but you gotta love the result.

Stevie, I agree, remember start of season how everyone was so happy New England finally had a running game with Dillon Maloney. They are completely one dimensional now, faulk is the only one that can do anything rushing the football. One dimensional teams in playoffs are not good.

Very true Shamrock, but after watching this team for so many years it wouldn't surprise me to see them run the ball all over the Colts next week. I can't figure them out. They just keep winning and I am enjoying the ride.
