veteran's day was Monday the 11th. The election was the 6th, you said you sent it on the 7th and it showed up on the 19th, and that was only because I threatened to bring it to the boys here at Jacks. Some of you may remember that ol hedge and I had a 100 dollar wager on the presidential election this past November. I had Barry O'bummer and he had Willard the retarded frat boy. My guy won and hedge said he'd get my c-note out to me right away.
A week later I asked via Facebook where my money was. He said he mailed it from Houston on the 7th and I should have it any day. I replied that if I didn't see it soon I'd take it to jacks and everyone could see that you were a stiff on top of everything else.
Check showed up on Monday,a day shy of TWO weeks after the election. And then my pal hedge "unfriended" me on Facebook-- Im guessing for having the audacity to ask if he was gonna honor his wager with me.
I was crushed,naturally,that ol hedgie did that-- but with a few cases of beer and some intense therapy I have moved on from that very difficult period in my life and I am happier now than I have ever been....:00hour
