The Texas game should be irrelevant to that line. Florida should have been a bigger chalk to begin with. As I said awhile back there isnt a team out there they would lose to in that game which is part of why I dont feel so bad about Texas getting screwed out of the game.

Florida wins by DD.

for arguments sake..Usc woiuld beat florida..by dd imo

I agree, and stats go to prove that. The key is which team plays well at the end of the year. USC has shown the propensity to be playing its best ball at the end of teh season. They average like 20 ppg victory vs teams in the top 10. Its the crappy teams they slip up on.

That second half vs PSU didnt look so great to me especially if USC knows they can continue their thrashing of Penn State and win like 55-10 they have a shot at a split NC..........

:mj07: They still won by 2 tds against a team whose 1 loss was by 1 point. That first half was the most dominant halves of football all year

mav, i am no usc fan, but carroll called off the dogs at the half. there was no way he was going to drill jo pa.

i do think that usc could beat fla 2 out of 3, but in a one time matchup it could go either way.

Look the Big took a hit w/ the TT loss...big deal. The SEC took a hit w/ the Bama loss.

Not sure where this BIG exposed BS comes from.

Mizzou wins, Kansas wins, Nebraksa wins, Texas wins.

TT lost, OSU lost....mainly due to injury.

Texas held server in their BCS bowl. We will have to see what happens Thursday.

Big 12 BCS Bowl win, MTW BCS Bowl win, PAC 10 BCS Bowl win, I dont see the SEC w/ one yet.

Just forget the Orange bowl as that shouldnt count as a BCS bowl w/ an ACC & Big East teams in it.

After watching Alabama's running and passing attack..........I am still wondering how they scored 20 points vs the Gators.......

It only matters for bragging rights but it will be interesting to see how the final polls look. I figure it ends up

Florida
Texas
Utah
USC
Oklahoma

I dont think a title loser has ever dropped that far but with 2 losses how do they stay ahead of those other teams?

If OU loses - you're probably right - depends on how the game goes - if it was like yours - tight all the way to the end - they might edge out one of the other teams, but doubt it.

Congrats on yer win.
